Defence services

In order to improve their competitive position, world-class defence manufacturers are concerned about manufacturing costs and as part of this have sought to improve the way the materials supply process is managed.

thyssenkrupp Aerospace has responded to this need by establishing specialised defence teams with expertise to manage and improve the supply of materials for manufacturers of military aircraft, weapon systems and land vehicles.

As a result thyssenkrupp Aerospace now offers a broad range of capabilities to aggregate demand, source, stock, pre-machine materials and manage the subcontracting of other processes.

We supply materials for both new build and repair and upgrading purposes on a just in time basis. Individual elements can be tailored to suit individual customer needs or combined into a complete supply chain management process.
