Personnel Changes on the Management Board of ThyssenKrupp Aerospace
With effect from June 1, 2011, Juergen Funke will be taking over as President of ThyssenKrupp Aerospace from Stuart Wilkins.
Jeff Luckasavage will replace Juergen Funke as President of ThyssenKrupp Aerospace North America.

Juergen Funke Stuart Wilkins
After three dynamic years at ThyssenKrupp, Stuart Wilkins has decided not to renew his contract as President for personal reasons. During this relatively short period of time he has successfully integrated the aerospace businesses within the group and created a market leading brand that is ThyssenKrupp Aerospace today.
Juergen Funke will relocate from the USA and be based in Essen, Germany, making communications with global customers in USA, Europe and Asia easier. The Vice Presidents for Europe and Asia Pacific, Bruce Maggs and Will Clare, will continue to be based in Birmingham, UK. Until September 2011 Stuart Wilkins will provide a smooth transition and support.
These organizational changes do not mean a shift in strategy and will ensure a reliable, strong and dynamic development of ThyssenKrupp Aerospace.
